The Challenge

Medical Associates of Port Perry has a dynamic, supportive work culture about an hour north east of Toronto. The growing community of Port Perry and surrounding area is in need of more doctors and they simply weren’t getting the attention of new family medicine residents or graduates to come live, work and play in a vibrant community.

The Process

Medical Associates and Dapple joined forces to create a social strategy that communicates the benefits of working with the close-knit team in a community with many amenities and an abundance of small-town charm. Key ingredients for the strategy included:

  • Highlighting company culture by capturing team events and personality

  • Showcasing the benefits of the company and surrounding community

  • Capitalizing on fun trends while still maintaining professionalism

Since 2023, Medical Associates of Port Perry has had 1+million impressions on their reels across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin. They’ve gained thousands of followers through organic, engaging content. As a direct result of their social media marketing efforts, Medical Associates has attracted 4 new full-time doctors and counting. We look forward to attracting more medical professionals to our community!
